Ms. Deniz Eray Harvey has 13 years of experience in corporate & commercial law, M&A transactions, contracts and banking & finance law, having represented a diverse group of local and foreign clients at Pekin&Bayar Law Firm (Istanbul) in the M&A and Corporate department, at Linklaters, LLP (London) in the debt and equity department and at Eray Harvey Law Firm that she founded in 2015. She is a graduate of Galatasaray High School and received her law degree (Maitrise) from Université Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne in 2005 and her LLM in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary, University of London in 2011. She has been a member of Istanbul Bar since 2008.
