İrem Yelkenci
HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT
Irem Yelkenci has about 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management. She started her career in US and continued participation in multinational projects in UK, Europe and Middle East. She worked in Global HR Consultancy Companies, now she owns her software solution to increase company and employee performance and continues to work as a consultant.
Her professional interest is to prepare companies for the “future of work”; where employee’s choice will set the terms of the employment deal. She is particularly interested in new generations’ expectations from work, digitalization of Human Resources Information Systems, performance and career management, as well as employee development topics.
She graduated from Galatasaray High School, got her Bachelor Degree in Istanbul Technical University, and her Masters’ degree from University of Cincinnati.
